Instructions
  1. For the crust cream together sugar, butter and eggs until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Spread dough mixture on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let the crust cool completely. Cream the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar until the mixture resembles frosting. Spread cream cheese mixture on crust. Slice desired fruit and sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture and it is ready to eat! Makes 25 servings
