  1. In a mixing bowl combine eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix well with an electric mixer. Add milk and vanilla and mix in. Combine remaining dry ingredients to the wet mix and beat until everything is well combined. Grease a 9×13 cake pan and pour batter into the bottom. In a separate bowl combine softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. When well combined add the quick oats and sprinkle on top of the cake batter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serves 18
