Ingredients
- 1 cup Organic or Conventional Steel Cut Oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut can use sweeteded
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips I like bittersweet
- 1/3 cup honey

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until well combined. You can use a table spoon to scoop or roll them into balls. Place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about an hour or these can be eaten right away if desired. Keep left overs refrigerated. Makes 20 energy bites.
