Ingredients
Meat Mixture
- 2 pound hamburger
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 onion large, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup GF Harvest Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or 4 ounces
Sauce Mixture
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or 4 ounces
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon mustard prepared

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Stir together all ingredients in meat mixture. Form into a loaf shape on a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix together the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the meat.
- Bake uncovered for 45 min at 350°. Check on the loaf half way through cooking and spoon some of the sauce back on top.
